At Palmer Hills we offer Professional Golf Instruction, in both group and private settings. PGA Professionals Jon Waddell and Mark Ruthey can help improve your game. Lesson arrangements can be made by calling the Palmer Hills Pro Shop at 563.332.8296.

2008 Lesson/Class Schedule

Bettendorf Junior Clinic

June 23-26 (Rain date June 27)

• Professional Golf Instruction
• Focusing on short game and full swing fundamentals
• Basic rules and etiquette
• 8-12 years 9:15am-10:15am
• 13-17 years 10:30am-12:00pm 

*Fee: 8-12 years.....$65.00 for 4 hours of professional instruction. 
*Fee: 13-17 years...$85.00 for 6 hours of professional instruction.

Bettendorf Junior Clinic Plus

Every Monday from June 30th - August 4th

• Expanding on basic fundamentals
• Advanced rules and etiquette
• On-course instruction, including bunker play and course management
• On-course events and competition including prizes and t-shirts for all who participate
• Final Monday to include party and awards
• 12 years and under 8:30am - 10:00am
• 13-17 years 10:30am - 12:00pm

*Fee: $120.00 for 9 hours of professional golf instruction.

Group Lessons

• Classes are divided into beginner and intermediate
  • Beginner
    • Little or no experience required
    • Introduction to golf swing, rules, and etiquette
  • Intermediate
    • Prior experience encouraged
    • Expanding on basic fundamentals
    • More in-depth instruction, including ball flight analysis
• Classes consist of 4, 1 hour lessons
• Limited to 4-12 students
• Students are asked to furnish: putter, driver, 5 iron, and 9 iron

*Fee: $65.00 for 4 hours of professional golf instruction (payment due 1 week prior to first lesson)

NOTE: If the times listed on the group lesson calendar do not work with your schedule and you have a group of 4 or more, we may be able to accommodate your needs.
